I hope you are having an enjoyable weekend. It's raining today but we need the rain and it gives me incentive to stay in and be productive.
I know it's past Easter but this box was so stinkin' cute and although it looks complicated, was pretty easy to make. Kim Score is the originator of this idea, Thanks Kim. I made some to give away and took one to the NC demo's quarterly meeting. I love show and tell, you see so many unique ideas and have the opportunity to share your creations. I have been trying to think of something else I could put in here so I can use it for another occasion. Other than a boiled egg
( chuckle) I am clueless. If you have an idea please leave a comment.
I used Everyday Enchantment DSP from the Sale-a-bration catalog. I was so sad to see it go, I loved that pattern. (sniff) You could use any color of matching card stock, I used Lucky Limeade and the matching ruffled ribbon. The window box is made from an acrylic sheet.
TIP: when scoring the acrylic sheets you may need to go over your score numerous times to make sure you have a deep line. I used my bone folder as it had a point and made a nice deep score line.
Don't forget: The occasions catalog ends in 8 days. Make sure to order your favorite products before they are gone. You can view the mini here.
The retirement list is out. Click on the picture below to be taken to the list of retiring stamps. The retiring accessories list will be coming out later this month. The new catalog is coming out June 1st this year. Make sure you order your favorite products before they retire!
If you would like a free catalog place a $50 order through my website and send me an e-mail with your mailing information. This offer also includes the mini catalogs for the next year.
Thanks for stopping by,
Inky Huggz,
